I was barely able to read all that, but I’m assuming u want the original guitar hero songs on clone hero. There’s a section called Guitar Hero Games in this spreadsheet where you can download any and all guitar hero songs and put them in clone hero. There are also Rock Band songs in there as well, along with a bunch of other random setlists.

Clone hero is free as the comments state above, personally for a guitar id lookup local 2nd hand stores. They typically sell them for around $15, if you get a Wii version you might need to buy a USB dongle that plugs into your guitar but they are like $10 on Etsy.

The old Chorus website is no longer up, the new website is Chorus Encore. I don't know how many of all the old chorus charts are there but I think almost all of them should already be there. If you want the official setlist of the games, you can find them in this spreadsheet. You can find more info on the "Links to useful stuff" part of this subreddit.
